Welcome to the prepayment room booking site.
Please note that this site is only for room booking at the conference hotel. For conference registration, see here.
Please note deadline for room booking July 12th at noon.
The conference will start August 13 at 8am, 2021 and end on August 14, 2021 at 6pm.
IMPORTANT: When arriving at the hotel, you will need to show a negative Covid-19 test result (no more than 72 hours old) or a certificate of vaccination.

Cancellation terms of the hotel bookings are 10 days before arrival. Full refund except for a small card fee (Mastercard etc.)
