• Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival
• Check-out: No later than 9:00 AM on the day of departure

Pool Club Access

Overnight conference guests have complimentary access to our SPA area from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM following their overnight stay.

Accommodation

Accommodation (including breakfast) is reserved for the following periods:

• 28/04 – 30/04 in a single room
• 29/04 – 30/04 in a single room

Room Price

DKK 1,092.00 per night
Payable upon registration.

Booking

Rooms are booked via NemTilmeld.

Cancellation

Free cancellation via NemTilmeld is possible up to 30 days before the start of the event.
